MC888 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mc888 ("Platform" or "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, content, and features provided through the mc888 platform at mc888.ml and any related mobile applications.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any mc888 game or service, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at mc888. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Mc888 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3User Account & Security Responsibilities

Your mc888 account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by yourself or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.

As an account holder, you agree to:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times
• Not disclosing your password to anyone, including mc888 staff
• Notify mc888 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Use a strong and unique password for your mc888 account
• Log out of your account when using a shared device

Mc888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to the mc888 security team immediately.

Mc888 accounts support two-factor authentication (2FA), which is strongly recommended for added protection. This feature can be enabled via the security settings in your account dashboard.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Mc888 supports a variety of secure and trusted payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, Direct Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods
• All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities within the mc888 platform
• Mc888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours for accounts that have completed full KYC verification
• Your first withdrawal must be made to a bank account bearing the same name as your mc888 account
• Mc888 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Unverified accounts may experience delays in withdrawal processing

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Terms:

Bonus wagering requirements are usually expressed in an "x times" format. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must place bets totalling RM3,000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.

Mc888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently being fulfilled under wagering requirements.

6Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on the mc888 platform — including Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Shooting, Sports, and Betting — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. mc888 does not modify the logic or outcome of any game.

• All game results are final once the transaction is settled by the system
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on mc888's system records
• Mc888 reserves the right to void any wagers placed due to technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed on each table or game
• Mc888 reserves the right to limit or restrict access to certain games for accounts suspected of using exploitative strategies.

For Live Casino games, all sessions are recorded and can be reviewed by the mc888 team in the event of any dispute. Decisions based on recording reviews are final.

For sports betting, mc888 follows industry-standard rules for all bet types. Bets placed after an event has started ("in-play") are subject to system verification and may be voided if a processing delay is detected.

7Prohibited Activities

Using the mc888 platform for unlawful or unauthorised purposes is strictly prohibited. The following activities will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one registered account
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using the mc888 platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt mc888 systems
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to place bets
• Bonus abuse through bonus hunting techniques or multiple accounts
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account
• Any form of collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes

8Privacy and Personal Data Protection

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mc888 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance may be withdrawn following the standard procedure.

In the event an account is closed due to a terms violation, mc888 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no misconduct, the eligible balance will be returned to the member.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Mc888 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the suitability, reliability, or completeness of its services.

• Mc888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Mc888 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of login credentials by unauthorized third parties.
• Game results settled by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error
• Mc888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

• Notification in the account dashboard upon login

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment. Continued use of the mc888 platform after any amendment is published will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms.

12Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
